Crowne Energy is currently evaluating an opportunity to engage in the construction, management and operation of a complex ultra clean fuel refinery on behalf of its specific Joint Venture Equity Investment Partners. This refinery will partially be export oriented for product movement to Far East, EU, South America, West Africa and other new potential and strategic new markets. The refinery location being considered is in the State of Texas and in close proximity to stable supplies of regional basin sources crude oils such as Eagle Ford Shale Crude & Condensate, Permian Crude Oil, GOM Crude Oil Blends, other Shale Crude Oils delivered by pipeline and or rail tank cars from Bakken, Rocky Mountain and elsewhere.A complete feasibility study will be conducted by a professional and experienced team selected by Crowne Energy.
Crowne Energy is also evaluating a number of other locations such as Queensland Australia for construction of a new refinery in strategic markets and locations for supply of feedstock and offtake of petroleum products.
Crowne Energy is considering the acquisition of existing refineries if the economics, location , basin, region offer synergies to meet the goals and objectives.
